🥵🥵🥵🥵I stayed here for 3 days .. the food was worst i ever had. No change in menu for 3 days. We were 50 people group & they failed to manage almost everything.. very cheap behavior. It was so embarassing for me as i was staying here with my business team . We paid for almost everything in advance. no Dj night.. no bonfire.. non veg was included for my team mates we didnt get that too.. sight seeing was also included .. they have excuses for everything.. and the last day on check out they put unnessasry extra charges on us for stay of small kids under 5 years.. they harrased us for this.. so please avoid this hotel..

What is Shown on the internet is actually what they are offering.. Beautiful place to stay with beautiful view..rooms are well maintained and gives you luxurious vibes...staff is really humble & well mannered.. Food was good but the only thing they can improve is buffet menu..can include more & variety of food items on every alternate days.. else all good 👍

One standout aspect of our experience was the owner, Faraz, who personally went above and beyond to arrange all our outdoor services, making our stay truly memorable. We booked our stay directly through Faraz, who not only offered us a reasonable rate and rooms with excellent mountain view but also went the extra mile to arrange a private cab for us. His insights and recommendations on various aspects of Manali added immense value to our trip. A special thanks goes to Ashwani, who was a one-man show, managing all tasks flawlessly. He took care of us like family, ensuring everything from arranging food to laundry and room services was top-notch. It's not often that you come across such dedicated and attentive staff members. If this is your first time visiting Manali, you can't go wrong by choosing to stay at Fyra Hotel. The combination of their outstanding service, personal attention, and Faraz's dedication to ensuring your stay is memorable makes it a top choice for anyone looking to experience the best of what Manali has to offer.
